I had a Bed and Breakfast built in 1995-1996 and began operation 1996. I have had nothing but problems with Pella windows ever since. I paid Pella several times to repair the windows. The repairmen never had enough spare parts or time even when spending an entire day. The windows are a hazard. They are underengineered to say the least. The wind will pull them apart and they would have fallen from the second story except that we attached chains and keep an eye on them all the time.
