I would like my whole total refund back for the Personal Antivirus program! This is a scam! I downloaded the program, restarted my computer and the program was no where to be found. I called their "answering machine" that is used for customer service and gave me options to have my phone call returned. This happened to me on 8/29/09 and to this day have not received a returned call. PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY I am within my 30 days!!! read full review »
