I place and order for a voltage converter at 11 pm at night, the next morning when they opened I call three times to cancel the order and get no one on the phone so I leave a message to call me about an order I want to cancel. Two days later I get the package and they refuse to reimburse my card for the full mount plus I have to pay to have it shipped back. They drop the ball and then it's my problem. There website clearly states orders don't go out until 2 pm yet they told me mine was at the fedx office at 9 am... yea right. read full review »
