Purchased a Best Buy Computer with additional Warranty for 3 years. Computer sent in for repair on 7-3-09, I still don't have the unit 9-2-09. Warranty runs out on 9-14-09. 4 returns to the factory and I have yet to see the computer. Technician at the store says, that visually the unit looks awful now due to tape being put on the face of the unit! Store and factory is not standing by there warranty to replace the unit. Why did I pay over $200 for the warranty. read full review »
