My wife and I ordered a sofa and an ottoman after we got married because we had no furniture. So in August we placed the order with the sales rep. and he told us it would be 6-8weeks, we thought it was alittle long but decided it would be worth the wait! Then 6 months rolled by, we asked what happened. The customer service lady was very rude to my wife and said she has no idea why its not done, and she has no way to contact the factory!
