My friend from UK sent me a parcel (laptop). When my parcel arrived Malaysia check point, they told me that my package has been hold by the authority for some reason. Mr.Zuru Rankine asked me to pay for the charges (3500 Malaysia currency). After I made the payment, he asked me to pay insurances (6500 malaysia currency) and VAT ( 6000 malaysia currency) again. I just feel confuse about it. Is that necessary to pay such amount then only I can receive my parcel? Please let me know as soon as possible.
