AT&T is the most incompetent business I have ever experienced. For the past 66 hours, my company has been without phone/email/web access and they don't care. I spent 2 hours on the phone and the various departments - sales, status, repairs - pointed the fingers at each other. They were more concerned about blaming someone, ANYONE on why they couldn't get it right than helping my company.
