I received their product set it up and could not receive a signal. Skyway USA told me I could receive a signal at my address. I hired their installer and he could not get a signal. The company told me to return the merchandise for a refund. I had to pay Fedex and insure the stuff. Three weeks later they charged me another $95.55 for a cancelation fee. I am out $253.90 original for equipment (no refund), $86.00 for Fedex fees to send it back, and $95.55 for opening the box before I canceled. Total I am out $435.45 and nothing to show for it. I would have been $86.00 ahead if I would have thrown the equipment in the garbage. read full review »
