I paid almost $2, ooo to get car fixed to be 100%. Firestone looked over my car and gave me a printout of all things that needed to be fixed and said my car would be like new. Well they didnt do all of the work that I paid for and had charged me 14 hours of labor when they only had my car for 9. Labor is at $45/hr. They are ripoffs.
