On March 29 we paid a $60 deposit for a miniature husky pup. Payment was made via paypal. Once payment was accepted, communication was non existent. Finally, in July we asked when we would receive the pup. We were advised that the entire litter died of "failing puppy syndrome". Bree May (on facebook, twitter and on web soliciting buyers for these pups) contacted us and said that they were not able to provide a puppy. They indicated that our deposit would be refunded.
