As a good customer of this utility company I have always paid my bill on time. Three Billings ago they overcharged me (I found out later) and I paid as I always do. With my following bill they showed a credit of $99.79. I have tried since that time, going back to July, to get a check for my balance. First I was told it would take two weeks, then 2 weeks from the billing date, and now still no check.
