I purchased a shelving kit and because of the photo provided which showed a standalone unit I purchased the kit and when it arrived I was surprised that it was not as pictured in the photo, it had no mounting brackets that were clearly shown in the photo that was only one of the little surprises, both shelves were different in size, (1) was 12 and the other (1) was 11 so when placed on the bracket it would protrude dangerously, I filed a BBB complaint but it seems that because Rubbermaid was a BBB member the complaint and evidence that clearly... read full review »
