I purchased this electric percolator in 2008. The plastic knob that perking water perks into needs to be replaced. I called West Bend and was told that the part #816-19 cost $1.99 and shipping would be $9.99 !!! this is a small plastic knob. The most it costs to mail is $2.00. That is outrageous! I would tell everyone not to buy West Bend products. read full review »
