After ordering an informational CD (10/28/08) on receiving Grant money for 1.98 from TGU, I received a phone call welcoming me to the members group. I immediately stated I did not wish to be a "member" and that I only wanted their CD. I expressly informed the called that I did not wish to be charged for anything else. On 11/4 a charge for $69.95 appeared on my Credit card statement. I called TGU and was told it was an error and they would refund the money. I also sent an email with the same request.
