After paying for the backup service, my computer crashed. I followed directions to retrieve my lost files, but nothing was restored. I sent several emails to Carbonite explaining the problem. After waiting two weeks for their reply I sent another email complaining about the service. I am still waiting for a reply from their so-called customer support. read full review »
