I went to Wal-Mart today with a Payroll Check from the Bank of The Goverment of Puerto Rico as I am a public employee. I asked if I could pay with a goverment payrroll check and they said yes at Wal Mart. After more than an hour picking the groceries items i needed i waited in line to pay. I asked again the Cashier if they accepted goverment payrroll checks, and she said yes. After trying several times she gave me a receipt paper with a phone number i should call.
