I ordered a free sample. Two weeks later, this company fraudulently charged my debit account in the amount of of $87.13 TWICE. I called the toll free number and was put on hold for 16 minutes. Once my call was finally answered, I was informed that I had 14 days to cancel my order (I was sure the website said 30 days) and since I didn't do so, the fees were processed. I was then told my request for refund would be answered by the appropriate department via email. read full review »
