My son purchased an Alienware m15 computer for college. It had some hardware issues (volume control) and was sent for repair in June. After a month it was returned to us and the problem still existed. We sent it back and 3 wks later rec'd it back and the problem still there and now the case was cracked. We sent it in again. I got a supervisor involved who said he would assess the unit before returning it. Guess what. They shipped it directly to us and it was still not working and now has blue screen issues.
