I applied for the grant360 loan kit online and paid the initial payment for the kit on July 29, 2009 and I was not mailed a kit. When I called to complain they said that my time had run out and the operator hung up on me. Now they are telling me that I have to re-apply for the loan kit. When I went back on the site to re-apply it gave me a message stating, "Sorry, but this Membership is not available at this time.".
