My husband called early morning of the 1st of September and immediately the technician told him it would be 24 hours before we would receive service. The next day we did not receive service or a phone call. When my husband called to inquire about receiving service the next day late in the evening, he was told there was not ticket or information found on his request for service. As of today we will be cancelling service and reporting to the BBB about this issue. read full review »
