I have recently stayed in one of your resorts, Harbourgate Marina Club. I have to rate my stay as one star. The worst part of the whole experience was the service. I have never before received such a poor service in any hotels I stayed in from my travels in US, Asia, Europe, as I did in your resort. I have checked in to the three bedroom suite and had four adults in the room. I noticed there was almost no tissue paper on the rolls in any of the bathroom upon my check in.
