According to the supervisor at my local post office 2-3 day priority mail does NOT mean 2-3 days and that I am not to expect that just because I pay extra for it to be delivered priority does not mean anything. I mailed an envelope on January 2 sending it (and paying extra) for the 2-3 day priority service. By the way, I am more than willing to accept that it could take four days.
