Recently I purchased a white 32gb 3GS Iphone at a different store and it was defective. The store where I purchased the phone told me to call up Apple Care to resolve the issue. I did and all Applecare could do is give me a refurbished phone. I do not think it's fair to purchase a new phone and use it for four hours and then end up receiving a refurbished phone. Since my phone had problems within four hours of purchasing it, I turned it off and the phone never came back. I tried to reset it and restore it. No luck. I took it back to the... read full review »
