I have received a product I haven't ordered two days after my "free trial period" had already expired. I've tried immediately to cancel my "membership" and that part of the website did not work. I've tried to phone them (from Hawaii) and they are either close or do not answer their messages. I do not want the product and I don't want to be charged.
