I purchased a pair of Roxy sandals a couple of weeks ago and while my debit card has been charged for the purchase, I never received an order confirmation, shipping information, or the item purchased. I emailed the company on Monday to get additional information and have yet to hear back. At the same time, you cannot access the buysandals.com website right now because they're online stores are "currently undergoing some major changes." Fortunately my purchase wasn't a large one but this is very aggravating. read full review »
