I received an email alert from my bank stating that a charge of $79.95 was deducted from my account. I did not authorize this transaction. I got the phone number to the company from my bank ... 1 (800) 972-8094. I spoke to a service rep. names Kiana, she was rude and refused to help me. She pretty much called me a liar and insisted that I had signed up for this scam.
