I ordered from this company 18 months ago. I moved, so they claim that the package must have been lost in the move. They then said they sent another. After 4 months of waiting, I contacted them again. The rep said he 'forgot' to reorder. Said he would send another and refund 20 percent of my payment and close my account. Well, I finally received the product, still no refund and today I find that they are still withdrawing money from my account. This company is either a fraud or doing VERY BAD business practices.
