Where to start? The regional manager was at the store when I went in-The deal I thought I was going to get kept getting lower in price-I still said I needed 2 days to get back to them (so I could Google them & check the BBB) No complaints-So, I paid up. They were al so nice & said I would have no problems getting appointments-The very day I paid-That all changed-Took weeks to get my 1st appt.
