We purchased an HP G series late February 2009. Woke up one day and the screen was cracked. We contacted HP, they sent us a fed-ex box to return for repair. A week later we received a call from a rep stating the damage was accidential and caused by us. All we did was open the laptop, there was no problem hours earlier.
