I bought a recordplayer that converts music to any laptop or mp3 player in December before christmas. The first time out of the box the damn needle popped out and i couldn't even use it so i return it monday after christmas.. It's February and i've been told 6 times calling their customer service that it's being backlogged in the return wherehouse and it's still waiting to be "processed".
