Placed an order with company on 08-14-09, they charged my AmEx on 08-17-09. As of 08-21-09 they still did not fill nor ship the order. I canceled the order via phone with a Maureen. As of today’s date Thursday, September 03, 2009, they have not credited my AmEx account. I have tried to call them numerous times and cannot get thru to speak to a person. Please let others beware of the POOR customer service they offer and that they are quick to charge your credit card even before they ship the product. read full review »
