I have NEVER in my life have had to deal with such rude and disrespectful people as I have with the employees at Chase Bank. I can not believe that the government lets these credit card companies run our lives...I had a 3, 000 balance on my card, paid it off and I just got a bill for 45.56. When I called the totally obnoxious woman told me that it was interest that had occured while my payment was in the mail!...Come on I mean really, ...So, after this check goes out in the mail today for 45.56 I am done with Chase and will NEVER have a thing... read full review »
