Don't trust their business practices! I ordered 2 items and expected to $7.95 for shpg as stated. They emailed me and said couldn't get 1 item so order was cancelled. Next day said order "shipped" before they could cancel it". One item for $2.95 was received and I was charged $11.56. When called they said "all orders are chgd $7.95 no matter how much it costs". When I asked about returning the 1 small item, "there are no returns on instructions booklets". They make lots of money on shipping cancelling and shipping orders BEWARE! read full review »
