This is another complaint about Auto One Warranty. On 4/16/2009 we received a call and decided to take out the "policy" The rep "Jason" told us we could take the policy for one year and if we were satisfied then we could extend. He said "if the car has problems just take into the dealer or other approved repair shop and they would pay the bill" Long story short- they took $671 out of my bank and on April 27 2009 I received the written details.
