My Iroast2 is out of warranty and the thin, sheet-metal insert has broken. It is easily removed with a single screw, but Hearthware will not sell a new one. They insist that a whole new roasting chamber be purchased for $45 (including shipping when a $1 removable part is all that is needed. I contacted the vendor from whom I purchased the roaster and was told that they, too, were unable to get parts from Hearthware. My roasting chamber is in good working condition and there is absolutely no need to replace it. This company's policy is tantamount to price gauging and is extremely wasteful. read full review »
