I worked for Blinds to Go myself. The stuff they sell is low quality! They use comfortex and Levelor as their supplier and everyone in window treatments knows how bad of a reputation Levelor and comfortex has. Also, the "lifetime warranty" is only good if that shade/blind style is still available. Once it's discontinued then your out of luck. I used to work there, I know!
