I have a GE wash machine that I have had problems with since 2005 when I purchased it. Clothes do not come clean, I am not overloading, and the clothes still have dry spots on them when I take them out. This has been going on and I have had the GE repair come out and it's the same answer ever time, that people just do not know how to use them. Or just use warm water or put the soap right in the bin.
