i was trying to get the best price for a hotel room for memorial week-end.i checked price-line first and expedia second. expedia had the best buy, so i went with expedia using my amex card. the next time i rcvd amex bill, there was a priceline and expedia charge on it. i complained to the hotel, amex and price-line. amex fought it for me 2xs, but was unsuccessful. you cannot find out prices without submitting your credit card info.i never submitted to anything. i ended up paying for 4 nights 2 times.only the expedia was a valid charge. the hotel told me that they had rcvd other complaints. cathy amonette read full review »
