Noticed fraudulent charges on my Verizon bill for services we never requested. Verizon told me to call OAN Services to have the services cancelled and the charges credited back. The rep at OAN Services was VERY rude and contentious and claimed that they were legitimate charges for services my wife had signed up for which is a lie. I called Verizon back and they credited us back for all charges from OAN Services and put a third party billing block on our account. read full review »
