I was on hold 1 hour, 23 minutes and 45 seconds. And this was the second call about the same problem in occurring in a 3 day period. I called to get assistance because access to comcast email was not available. I could sign on but got a blank page instead of email. The first time I called the "customer service rep" tried to tell me that I did not have internet access.
