had a virus alert come up on computer, , alert was indicating all kinds of viruses and offered a discounted virus protection plan, , so took discouted protection and after all said and done was charged full charge and no download or activation code was available ..when i tried to contact company no email address worked, so now out of $80.00 and no program, , in fact had to do a restore to eliminate all the pop ups coming in, , will go to my bank and dispute charges. wcspay.com/c-tel is the company doing the charges with noway of contacting them.. read full review »
