Sent check on 10-7-08. They cashed my check on 10-14-08. By today (11-25-08) no item had arrived. I called customer service. I was told the item is on back order and the company will not know until 2-16-09 if the item will be available. This is at best malfeasance, possibly misdemeanor theft. I will never ever do business with this company again. read full review »
