Company have people work from home and are able to use your information. Its so unprofessional when you hear children crying in the background when you call to make a reservation. My credit card was used by one of the agents that work for this company. I found out someone in Carrollton TX was paying bills with my credit card. I also had some points missing because someone from the company used it to stay in a hotel in Addison TX. I closed my account and will never stay in a Hilton hotel ever again.
