James Hargrove, who claimed to be the owner, took my order for several pieces of higher-end furniture (mostly dining room pieces) and a five-year extended warrantee. This was in Nov 2007. The delivery was postponed several times, then came a month after James promised. When my furniture finally showed up, I was missing one significant item, others pieces were coming apart, had deep scratches, chipping paint, some chairs had ink, oil or paint stains.
