I signed up for a thirty day "free" trial on 7-10-09. I was told there would be a one time fee of $1.00 to start, they withdrew $1.95. Not a big deal. It took three weeks to get the info pack, and I decided I didn't want their service. I called at 12:00 on 7-28-09 and cancelled before the thirty days were up. At 11:58, that same day, $49.95 was taken out of my account. After repeated calls, being put on hold for hours, and an email, I finally spoke to a superviser who told me that regardless of any mistakes on their part, I was not getting that money back. read full review »
