I had a bad experience with EZ Furniture Assembly (owned by Chris Purnell) this week. About a week ago I called to get an estimate on a job to take a part, move and reassemble my couch, along with moving a dresser, mattress and desk. Chris said it would be no problem and that he would call me back to confirm that he was available for the job. He did not call me back that day.
