I have tried many times to get through to this company to stop deducting the charges from my bank account and charge card. I want to cancel receiving the Hydroderm Product. I have tried all of the phone numbers given both on the internet and from the company charging my account and I get the same results. I contact them immediately at 6:00 a.m. (the time when their business is suppose to open) and I am put in line for a customer service representative to answer. After at least 30 minutes on each and EVERY call, they hang up before it is every your turn. Never getting to talk to anyone about cancelling these charges and/or delivery of this product. read full review »
