Twice today have been kept on the phone for 30 mins or more. In the past I have been verbally abused. They caused the person I take care to have an increase in his blood pressure. They made a agreement and the would call to say it was not enough to the point we change his phone numbers so they could not call him anymore and sent a letter that they could only contact him in written form via the us mail service.
