Another variation on the theme: I ordered, they tray system sucks and I didn't use it, I received two more tubes of gel and $88.97 charge on my credit card. I called and cancelled my bogus "membership" and was told to email support for an RMA number to return the unused and unopened product. Email support said basically, "too bad, so sad." $90 is a chunk of change for nothing and what's worse is that they are laughing all the way to the bank. How can this be allowed to continue?
