I am trying to buy my first home. I received pre-approval for a loan through Bank of America. I made my offer on a home. Put down ernest money, paid for a home inspection and $500 for the loan application. Jumped through many home mortgage hoops only to be denied the loan through Bank of America after I received pre-approval. Is this the new bank scam?
